Shipping & Returns


Shipping

An estimate of your shipping charges can be viewed in the shopping cart at any time during your shopping experience.  Customers can choose between USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  Shipping charges are based on the combined weight of the products ordered and the commercial rates we pay.  A local pick-up option is available to customers whose zip codes are within the proximity of  our own northeastern Ohio zip code.  A "fixed rate" shipping charge is available for customer in the continental United States on many of our home decor and wall art products.  Due to our discount pricing, we are unable to offer free shipping.

IMPORTANT: International customers - Our shipping software currently generates USPS quotes only for customers in Canada and the United Kingdom.  If no shipping charges appear in the shopping cart - or if the shipping charge that appears is labeled "fixed shipping" rather than a calculated USPS shipping rate, please call to inquire about shipping charges before placing an order.  For obvious reasons, we are unable to offer the same fixed rate shipping charge on home decor and wall art products to our international customers that we do to stateside customers.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause while we await a fix of this shortcoming of our shipping software.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Orders shipped by Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service are delivered within 1-3 business days.  Orders shipped by ground through UPS require 1-5 days for delivery, depending on location.  West coast customers allow up to 5 business days for delivery.

 

Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be a satisfied customer every time.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for a product of equal value.

If the return is a result of an error on our part (you received an incorrect item, or the item was not accurately represented on our website) we will pay for both the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the correct or exchanged item. If the merchandise arrived defective or damaged, we will again pay for the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping a replacement.  We do ask that all returns are made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

If you have an account and need to return an item, simply log into your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. When we receive your return for a refund, we will provide you with a credit using your original method of payment, and notify you by email.

If you are not a registered user and thus do not have an account with us, please email or call us to let us know of your intent to return an item.  When we receive your return for a refund, we will provide you with a credit using your original method of payment, and notify you by email.
