Shipping & Returns


Shipping

Customers can choose between USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  A real-time quote is provided.  A local pick-up option is available to customers whose zip codes are near our home address in Wayne County, Ohio.

Shipping charges for United States customers placing orders online can be viewed in the shopping cart prior to purchasing.  International customers, please call to inquire about shipping charges before placing an order.

Most  orders are shipped within 24 hours.  Orders shipped by Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service are delivered within 2-3 business days.  Orders shipped by ground through UPS require 2-7 days for delivery, depending on location.  West coast customers allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

 

 Returns Policy

We want you to be a satisfied customer.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it.  We will gladly refund your money.  We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item) or the merchandise arrived defective or damaged in shipment.  We do ask that all returns are made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

If you do not have an account with us, please call or email us for a return authorization number.  We will notify you by email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you have an account and need to return an item, simply log into your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the return.
